Draw Twice ( poker )


In hold 'em, make an agreement between (usually) two players, prior to the dealing of the river card,
that they will play for half the pot at a time, with first one river card dealt and then another.
This is usually done when the two hands are closely matched, and for the purpose of lessening the effect of variance.
